If you would like to make a great gift for Father’s Day, then don’t miss this month’s Embroidery Club project. You can either make an apron or you can purchase a pre-made apron. Use the idea and designs to create a one of kind apron for your favorite “dad.”
Supplies:
- 6 x 10 hoop or 5×7 hoop
- ready-made plain apron
- 1 yd accent fabric
- scraps for applique’
- tearaway stabilizer
- embroidery thread to coordinate with design
- 1 spool all-purpose sewing thread
From Your Sewing Room:
- Embroidery Machine, power cord and foot pedal
- Embroidery Hoop (make sure you bring the correct hoop size!)
- PROJECTS CD
- Printed template of Design
- Sewing Machine Feet: Embroidery Foot, Regular Sewing Foot, Edge Stitching Foot
Notions:
- Scissors
- Ruler
- Rotary Cutter
- Marking Pen or Chalk
- Seam Ripper
- Pins
- Tape
- Embroidery Needle, size 75/11
- Universal Needle, size 80/12
